Three ways, one job
A measurement without a document is a note. In Sollmaß the measurement becomes a line item with text, margin and tax – as soon as someone approves it. Three inputs, the same list.
Manual in the app: dimensions, units, formulas for area and volume. Text or dictation to the measurement agent: type in site language or use the phone's dictation function, and the agent makes line items for approval. Photo: a photo of the laser measuring device or the sketch becomes a draft measurement, a photo of the type plate goes into the equipment file, a spare part as a suggestion – not silently into the quote.
Into the quote, not beside it
“Two radiators, second floor, about eighteen square metres” becomes a line item when a person sees the paper. The agent writes fields, not a chat log. Sending only after approval. The same document engine as quote, progress invoice and final invoice.

Units and approval
Formulas are in the app, not on the calculator next to it. The agent may guess, the document may not. Approval means: line item text, quantity, unit, margin and tax have been seen before the quote goes out. The photo stays as proof, even if the quantity is corrected later. A type plate that is not linked to the equipment is just a picture.
Without a network, times, notes and photos go into the queue and are sent later. You create the measurement itself as soon as there is a network.
Trades, not 40 forms
Interior finishing calculates square metres and running metres. Woodwork needs the parts list. Plumbing & heating links the equipment to the site. The software does not split into versions per trade. Packs are templates and checklists.
