The technician does not open the Schedule, but their day: their own appointments with customer, address and phone, the next appointment at the top, emergency service visible. From there the time starts, the documentation runs, “reported as done” goes to the office and the customer's extra request goes to the job as a note.
At the end, the acceptance is on the device: today's work, times, material and photos, plus defects or “no defects”, signed by the customer. This creates an acceptance report as a PDF, which is kept in the history of the job.
Clock in, clock out, break, project. GPS is optional, only with a clear rule in the business and co-determination – the basis for the invoice and the Working Hours Act, not for surveillance. A break is its own entry, not a deduction by feeling.
