1. Scope and contracting parties
Sollmaß is software for the trades. We conclude contracts exclusively with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law, not with consumers. By applying, the business confirms that it is acting in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
The contracting party is the business that holds the account, not its end customers. Access by magic link, without a password. Deviating terms of the business only apply if we expressly agree to them.

2. Trial and fees
Where a trial is offered: 14 days, no card, nothing is charged, the trial ends by itself. After that, the agreed plan and the invoice apply.
Prices per licence and month: Office licence €89, Site licence €19. Introductory price: for contracts concluded by 31 December 2026, the Office licence costs €59 per month. This price applies to all Office licences of the contract and for its entire term.
Data migration from a previous system: one-off €599, or one-off €299 if ordered by 31 December 2026.
All amounts are net plus the statutory VAT.
3. Term, cancellation, data after the end of the contract
The contract runs monthly, with no minimum term. The business can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current calendar month: in the app under Settings → Licence (owner) or by e-mail to [email protected]. A cancellation by e-mail takes effect at the end of the month in which it is received. The business can withdraw the cancellation until the end of the contract. The introductory price under section 2 applies for the entire term.
From the end of the contract, data can no longer be changed. Reading and exporting (contacts as CSV, GoBD export, DATEV export) remain possible for 30 days. After a trial without an order, this applies for 90 days from the end of the trial.
After that, we shut down the business: we delete personal data that is not subject to a statutory retention obligation. Records subject to retention (issued documents, payment ledger, log) remain blocked until the end of the statutory period and are then deleted; on request, we hand them over as a GoBD export during this time. 14 days before the shutdown, we send the owner an e-mail pointing out the export.
4. Use
The business ensures that the data entered is lawful. Documents, GoBD and tax remain its responsibility. We provide the software in line with the state of the art, without a guarantee of availability to the minute.
5. Customer portal
Quotes under /p/angebot/… are provided by the business named in each case. Acceptance or refusal is a declaration towards this business, not towards Sollmaß.
6. Liability and law
In the event of intent and gross negligence, our liability is unlimited; otherwise, liability is governed by the statutory provisions. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law is the registered office of High5Manufaktur GmbH.
