High5Manufaktur GmbH concludes contracts for Sollmaß only with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (see Terms and conditions). The right of withdrawal for distance contracts (§§ 312g, 355 BGB) is available only to consumers and therefore does not apply to these contracts. The 14-day trial costs nothing and ends by itself.
A quote under /p/angebot/… is concluded with the trade business named there, not with Sollmaß. Whether and how a right of withdrawal exists towards this business depends on its contract and on the law (distance selling, contract for work, item made to individual specifications). Sollmaß only forwards the acceptance or refusal.
