Switching service · introductory price
Data migration from your trade software
You need an export from your old system. The worry before switching is often the same: the records are in the old system, and nobody wants to type a thousand customers again. That is why we do the data migration from common systems such as HERO, Plancraft, ToolTime or Excel/CSV: customers, suppliers, items and catalogues, as far as your export provides them. We tell you in advance and bindingly what comes along. A one-off €299 introductory price if ordered by 31 December 2026.
The data migration is our job
You keep running your business. We fetch the export, map the fields and import them. You check. Then you go live. No mandatory workshop, no spreadsheet you have to fix yourself, no setup without a list price.
- Common systems – cloud, desktop, Excel/CSV. We start with the export, not with your free time.
- Binding in advance – contacts, items and catalogues. We tell you before the import what your export provides.
- You check before go-live – nothing goes live before the spot check is right.
- Fixed price – €299 introductory price, one-off, plus VAT. No timesheet.
- You can also do it yourself – you import contacts and items as CSV or vCard in the app yourself, with a preview before writing and undo afterwards. That costs nothing. The service is for everything that does not work this way.
One-off · introductory price
€299Introductory price · data migration, not monthly
If ordered by 31 December 2026, after that €599.
plus VAT · for businesses only · whatever the old system
Three steps. No typing.
With the service you do not get a CSV template to fill in yourself: we take on the job – even with messy exports. If you only want to import your contacts and items, you do that in the app yourself.
Mapping, cleaning up obvious duplicates, import into Sollmaß. You get a checklist, not a black box.
Spot check, approval, carry on working. The old system may stay in read-only mode where GoBD requires it.
What comes along
The goal is a working business on the first day, not empty records with a logo. We take over what you need every day: contacts, items and catalogues.
Customers, suppliers and partners with address, phone, e-mail, bank details, VAT ID, Leitweg-ID and payment terms. So the next emergency call does not have to be created from scratch.
Items, services, prices, units. What you pull into quotes every day, not just the business card. Also as a DATANORM, UGL, IDS or Open Masterdata file.
Service texts and text packages as a file, such as STLB-Bau or ZVEH, as a template for quotes.
We do not take over sites, open and old jobs, or documents. Old documents stay readable in the old system, as GoBD requires; you create open quotes and orders again in Sollmaß.
Which system? What matters is the export.
Sollmaß offers the data migration as a service: we import, instead of sending you a template to fill in – one price, we take care of it.
Often named are HERO, Plancraft, ToolTime, Das Programm, Craftnote, Meisterwerk, Excel. For other software we check the export in advance. We tell you before the import and bindingly what it provides.
Questions about switching
Do we have to type in the data ourselves?
No. That is the point. You name the old system and provide an export, backup or access. We map and import. You do spot checks, then you go live.
Which old systems work?
Common systems such as HERO, Plancraft, ToolTime, Das Programm, Excel or CSV, plus older desktop software, as long as it provides an export. We check an unknown system in advance. We tell you before the import and bindingly what your export provides.
What exactly is taken over?
Contacts: customers, suppliers and partners with address, contact details, bank details and payment terms. Catalogue: items and services with prices and units, also from DATANORM, UGL, IDS or Open Masterdata. Text modules and catalogues as a file. We do not take over sites, jobs and old documents; old documents stay readable in the old system. What your export provides is fixed before the import.
What does the data migration cost?
€299 introductory price if ordered by 31 December 2026, after that €599. One-off, plus VAT, whatever the old system. The subscription: Office licence €59 (introductory price until 31 December 2026), Site licence €19. The €299 is not a monthly plan.
How long does the data migration take?
As soon as the export is there, we import. Small records in days, large data sets in a few weeks. You keep working in the old system until approval.
Does the old system stay readable for GoBD?
That depends on the old system and your contract there. It is often right to keep the old system read-only for a while and to write new documents in Sollmaß. Consecutive numbers and fixed documents are part of the core. Security
Is this just a CSV import for contacts and prices?
No. You import contacts and items as CSV or vCard yourself — the app detects the character set and separator, shows a preview before writing and can undo an import for seven days. That is included in the licence. The service for €299 is for the rest: getting the export from the old system, mapping fields, cleaning up obvious duplicates, taking sites and open jobs along, as far as the export provides them. The office only has to check.
