MigrationSix features on the job
With Sollmaß, emergency service, nameplate, headset dictation, margin, dispatch and customer portal are attached to the job – in the Office licence. Where something is still to come, we say so. The comparison is the checklist.
A photo of the laser measuring device or of the sketch becomes a measurement draft, the nameplate photo goes into the equipment file – for approval, not silently into the quote. Typed, dictated or by photo, it is the same document.
Dictate by headset: this becomes drafts for time, material from the van and installation report, which you record with one click. The PDF for the customer needs someone to check it.
Live contribution margin on the job, warning at 80%. One click creates the change order on site, the customer signs on the device.
Who fits: certificate, refrigerant licence, route, geofence. Illness: rescheduling in one step. The foreman confirms, the Schedule stays the truth.
Status “on the way”, accept the quote, deposit amount with bank details, book an appointment yourself, get documents. Without a call back.
Jobs
Every request becomes a job – order, service or maintenance. The steps differ, the record stays one. Status, people, files, documents and times are attached to it, not in a second tab next to it.
What reception creates in the evening, the crew sees the next morning. What the technician photographs is in the same folder from which the office writes the invoice.
People and sites
Customers, suppliers, partners: company or person, address, e-mail, mobile. Sites and equipment are attached to the contact – boiler, meter, roof, storage unit. What is entered here appears later on the quote and invoice, without copying it out.
Recurring maintenance needs exactly this file. The next appointment knows the equipment, not just the surname.
Paperwork
Quote, order, invoice, credit note: lines with quantity, unit, price and tax. Partial and final invoices stay on the same job. The number keeps counting. Filed records do not change silently. The e-invoice (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung) comes from the same document as the PDF.

Time
Hours belong to the job, not on the slip of paper in the cab. Clock in, clock out, break, job: this is the basis for the invoice, actual costing and the Working Hours Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz). The app also records without a network; as soon as there is a signal, it syncs.
Planning
The Schedule shows who is where today: crew, vehicle, absence. One click creates the appointment on the job, not in a calendar next to it. Overbooking is shown as a conflict. On-call duty is a separate block.
Stock
Material that goes out is attached to the job. Stock level, withdrawal, reorder – without a monthly run in which someone types up slips of paper. Stock is part of the Office licence, at no extra charge.
Maintenance
Maintenance contract with interval and due date. You create due maintenance as a job with one click – before the customer calls because the equipment has stopped working.
Measurement
Length, area, volume – by hand, with the phone's dictation function or with a photo as evidence. Lines go into the quote as soon as a person approves. The agent may make suggestions, the document must not grow silently.
Sign-in without a password
A sign-in link comes by e-mail, valid for 15 minutes, for one use only. Roles in the business: owner, office, field and subcontractor – the subcontractor sees their jobs without prices and amounts. Every relevant action is in the audit log. The app speaks the same six languages as this website.
