Ready-made automations that you switch on yourself

Nine automations for the trades: follow-up, welcome, status e-mail, appointment reminder, tasks, file link and more. You switch them on yourself; some run along at the matching step, the rest you start with a button. No plus plan, no required implementation. Automation is in the Office licence (€59, introductory price until 31 December 2026). AI is something else: language, exception, suggestion. Both on the job.

The list is the catalogue that a business can switch on on its second day. Here you only see what runs today; more automations will follow.

  1. 01Follow-up. Open quotes without a reply get an e-mail after your deadline.
  2. 02Welcome. The new contact gets what the business always writes.
  3. 03Status e-mail. When the job moves to another step, the customer gets an e-mail.
  4. 04Appointment reminder. Crew and customer, before the appointment.
  5. 05Status change. Internal note when the job moves to another step.
  1. 06Task from status. New step, clear responsibility.
  2. 07File link. The customer uploads into the project folder, not into a mailbox.
  3. 08Project reminder. Job without activity: internal note after your deadline.
  4. 09Payment reminder. Invoice due: reminder by e-mail or note. Not a formal payment reminder, no issuing.

Switch on instead of build

Every automation has a switch, some have a deadline in days. There is no construction kit for your own automations; special cases run through the API and webhooks. The vendor does not have to travel to you for every reminder e-mail.

AI and automation are two different things

Automation is the step that is always the same: a quote has been waiting for three days, then follow-up. AI is language, exception, suggestion. Both write into the same job, both at the same price.
