Who is where – crew, vehicle, absence. The board knows the job, not a calendar on the side. Assignment, overbooking and on-call duty are part of it. Dispatching is included in the Office licence (€59, introductory price until 31 December 2026), not an add-on.
The week is shown in an hourly grid. One click into an hour creates the appointment. The block shows title, time, technician, job number and vehicle. On-call duty is its own block, not a hidden calendar.
You assign a person from the team – or deliberately no one. Vehicle and tools come from your stock; the tool register knows UVV and TÜV inspections and reports what is due. Holiday and sickness lie as stripes on the day.
The technician sees new assignments on the device. The list is the assignment, no store push as an excuse. Overlapping assignments of the same person are shown as a conflict. You can overwrite on purpose if the business wants that. There is no silent double booking.
Emergency service is an appointment marked as on-call, not a private group chat. The on-call plan shows who has emergency service when. The board shows who has the van today.
The dispatching agent suggests: who, when, skill, workload, route. Refrigerant certificate and other certificates count in the suggestion, not only the name. Sickness: replanning in one step, the master craftsman confirms. No second price plan for an “AI plan”. Geo, geofence and routes belong to the board, not to a second dispatch system.
Typically 07:00 to 17:00. Without an assignment, the block stays planned, but nobody sees it as their own assignment. Times for the invoice come from time tracking, not from the board alone. Whoever assigns sees the conflict before two sites get the same van.
